You may exchange your tickets to attend the same production on a different day up until noon the day of your original performance. Only subscribers can exchange tickets from one performance of a show to another. There is no fee for this service. However, if your new performance choice is more expensive, we will ask you to pay the difference.
Please complete the following form and press “Send.” You will receive a phone call to collect payment if you are exchanging into a higher priced performance. If more than 5 business days until your new performance, we will mail out the new tickets to you. If less than 5 days, please stop by the box office for pick up. Once we exchange your tickets, your old seats are released. We ask that you destroy the old tickets.
